Sarah Woehleke joined FSC in November 2010 where she has been working on load-impact evaluations for residential customers on SDG&E’s Summer Saver Program. Prior to joining FSC, Ms. Woehleke provided support to expert witnesses as an associate for the economic consulting firm, OverMont Consulting. She has experience in creating economic damages and business and technology valuation models in the context of intellectual property litigation. 

Ms. Woehleke earned her B.A. at Rice University in Mathematical Economic Analysis and has a background in mathematics and econometrics with a focus on energy economics. She completed her research in natural gas sources, pricing, and policy relating to the California energy market.
