Caren Leong, M.B.A.

Caren Leong Caren Leong has years of experience in public, market, business and trial research. Her expertise includes study and questionnaire design, quantitative and qualitative research methodologies as well as expert data collection involving multiple collection modes and ethnic or hard-to-reach populations. Her research interests include program and campaign evaluation; engagement studies; disparity studies; strategic market research; health-care and disease management; gang research; civil and criminal mock trials; needs assessment and business-to-business intelligence research.

Caren has directed national and international studies for governmental agencies, professional services firms, utilities, pharmaceutical companies, health-care organizations, multinationals, financial institutions and law firms. She has managed the data collection for numerous evaluations including energy efficiency and advertising effectiveness. She oversees all aspects of field, phone, mail and web-based survey projects, including focus groups and in-depth interviews; and secures on-site, real-time updates on all studies. Her current and recent studies include the second wave of a national study of physician practices and a worldwide study conducted in 21 countries in seven languages.

She was a Project Director at The Henne Group in San Francisco. Formerly in Michigan, she was a Project Manager and Trial Consultant at Decision Research, Inc. Ms. Leong earned both her Bachelor's and her Master's in Business Administration from Western Michigan University, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Besides English, she is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and Malay.
